About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 2 Truck Driver to join our team at Gas and Tyre Ltd' in Whangarei Central Northland. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our LPG Delivery business. As a Class 2 Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to our Branches throughout the Northland area

What you'll be doing

1. Operate a Class 2 commercial vehicle in a safe and compliant manner

2. Load and unload goods at Branch sites

3. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections

4. Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies

5. Provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

1. A valid Class 2 driver's licence with a clean driving record

2. Relevant experience as a commercial vehicle driver, preferably in the road transport industry

3. Knowledge of road transport regulations and safety best practices

4. Strong customer service and communication skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. A commitment to safety and attention to detail
