- 4+ years of experience in backend, or full-stack development
- Proficiency in one or more languages like Java, Ruby is a plus.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Solid understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; you love turning chaos into clarity.
- Strong communication skills — you're someone who lifts up the team.
What You’ll Do: - Own and drive the design, architecture, and implementation of core systems — think services that scale, APIs that don't break
- Work closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to turn ideas into features users love.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead by example in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Identify tech debt, propose solutions, and drive long-term platform health.
- Contribute to hiring decisions, process improvements, and defining our engineering culture.
- Stay on top of new technologies and advocate for their adoption where it makes sense.
