About the role
We are seeking two Investment Sales Specialists with current Real estate Salesperson licenses (Level 4) to join The Property Factory's dynamic sales team in Christchurch Central Canterbury. This is a immediate start full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work within the property sales sector, specifically focusing on investment properties. As an Investment Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting investors with exceptional property opportunities whilst building long-term client relationships. This role is strategically important to our business, as it directly drives revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Own an inbound pipeline, YES leads are provided daily as are hundreds of listings nationally.
Present investment property opportunities to clients with a clear understanding of market trends, rental yields and long-term growth potential
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing ongoing support and market insights to encourage repeat business and referrals
Use our technology to prepare detailed investment property analysis and documentation to support client decision-making
Negotiate terms and facilitate property sales transactions, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage
Collaborate with property management, marketing and administration teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Stay current with market conditions, property valuations and investment trends within the Christchurch Central Canterbury region
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance objectives
Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, property listings and transaction progress using company systems
What we're looking for
Proven track record in sales, within real estate, property investment as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Strong understanding of property investment principles, including yields, capital growth and market analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Self-motivated and results-driven approach, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals professionally
Knowledge of the Christchurch Central Canterbury property market or willingness to develop this expertise
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple client relationships and transactions
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport for attending property viewings and client meetings
