The Opportunity
As a Business Unit Manager at ALH, you'll take full ownership of your recruitment desk - leading recruitment operations and labour hire services, driving the financial and cultural performance of the team. You'll be the face of ALH in your region, building the client relationships and team culture that fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor and cultivate a positive, high-performing branch culture, with regular one-on-ones, performance reviews and clear development plans
Financial & Operational Management: Own your branch P&L - budgeting, forecasting and cost management - while ensuring day-to-day operations align with ALH policies and quality standards
Client Relationships & Business Development: Build and grow strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead contract negotiations and renewals
Recruitment Excellence: Ensure a streamlined, compliant and high-quality recruitment process across the branch, from sourcing through to placement and aftercare
Health & Safety: Champion a strong safety culture, enforcing ALH's H&S policies and ensuring incidents and hazards are reported and actioned promptly
