FirstLight Home Care of Brighton is seeking experienced caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs who take pride in providing compassionate, dependable care.

What You Will Do

Assist older adults with personal care and daily activities.
Provide support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with safe transfers and mobility.
Support clients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, and other care needs.
Prepare meals, assist with household tasks, and provide companionship.
Follow individualized care plans and communicate important changes to the care team.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who:

Have professional or personal caregiving experience.
Treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
Understand the importance of reliability and communication.
Are comfortable assisting with personal care.
Have reliable transportation and meet position requirements.
Are committed to delivering quality care.

CNA or home health aide experience is valued. CNA certification is not required for every caregiver position.
