About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Luxury Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Partridge Jewellers in Wellington. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to represent the world’s premier jewellery and watch brands. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and bringing the stories behind our exclusive collections of fine jewellery and timepieces to life. Through meaningful relationships and personalised service, you will help build lasting connections and foster lifelong loyalty with our clients.
What We Are Looking For
· Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury goods, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Client Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing personalised service and expert guidance.
· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations and offer tailored recommendations.
· Jewellery/Watch Expertise: Previous experience in the jewellery or watch industry is an advantage, though not essential. A genuine passion for fine jewellery or timepieces and a desire to learn.
· Visual Merchandising: A keen eye for detail and a refined sense of style to ensure that the showroom consistently reflects the luxurious standards of our brand.
· Team & Independent Work: Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, displaying flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
· Professional Presentation: A polished, well-groomed appearance that reflects the sophistication and elegance of the Partridge brand.
