We have an exciting opportunity at our Quarry Road Site in Te Puke for a Loadouts Co-ordinator.

This role is responsible for effectively leading and managing the Loadout Team in day-to-day packhouse and loading operations, planning and forecasting upcoming loads and ensuring accuracy along the way.

The Loadout Co-ordinator is committed to maintaining a safe workplace and promoting a positive health and safety culture, ensuring all operational activities comply with company, customer and regulatory requirements.

The successful person will need to have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey essential information quickly and accurately.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• A high level of computer literacy and strong attention to detail.

• The ability to problem solve and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

• A good understanding of inventory management metrics.

• An enthusiastic and good attitude with the flexibility to work long hours (including weekends) if required.

• The ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

• A deep understanding and awareness of health and safety and continuous improvement.

• The ability to drive inventory and loading accuracy through process control and team accountability.

• Experience in leading, coaching and motivating teams to achieve operational goals.
