About the role
Every tenant who signs a tenancy agreement through one of our partner agencies gets a call from Renti. You're that call. Tenants already expect to hear from you, so this isn't cold calling. It's a welcome. You have access to all the best utility deals on the market and you're in charge of making sure the tenant's new home is all set up for move day.
You'll help each tenant work out what they need, compare options across our utility partners, and handle the sign-up for them. They save time, money, and come away thinking "that was easy". That's the experience we want every tenant to have.
You'll be part of a tight-knit customer team, with clear team bonuses, and a lot of room to shape how we do things as we grow.
Key responsibilities
Welcome new tenants by reaching out by phone or email on the same day a new referral lands, while the move is fresh in their mind
Know our partners' power, broadband and gas products inside out, so you can recommend what genuinely suits each tenant
Match each tenant to the best deal for their situation by understanding each household's needs
Consistently do what's right for the customer to find them a great deal, including solving non-straightforward cases
Use our automated workflow to keep tenants on track, and check in on pending connections so nothing falls through the cracks
Manage your pipeline in the Renti platform and additional tools, with every record complete and up to date
Follow our conversation guidelines and the Residential Tenancies Act
Spot what's clunky in our processes and help fix it, and pitch in wherever the team needs you
