The Marvel Manager is responsible for the overall management of Marvel Tours' transport operations, including driver supervision, fleet management, transfer bookings, financial administration, customer service and business development. The role ensures efficient operations, compliance with relevant legislation, cost control and the consistent delivery of five-star service to guests, clients and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• A tertiary qualification in Business Management, Transport and Logistics, Office Administration or Hospitality Management will be advantageous.
• Minimum of two years' relevant experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, hospitality or administration.
• Previous experience in driver supervision, fleet management and operational reporting will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence; PDP where required for driving duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
