Real room to grow
Love making things? Bring our story to life across social, EDM, web, print and video for a national youth development charity.
About us
The Graeme Dingle Foundation (GDF) helps young New Zealanders build the confidence and skills to thrive. Our national marketing team tells that story - and we’re looking for a creative who loves making things to join us.
About the role

You’ll:

design on-brand collateral using our brand toolkit and templates
deliver the marketing behind our national campaigns, events and awards - including the Excellence Awards, Move Mountains and Drop Your Boss
look after key platforms, including Awardsforce, our HubSpot marketing work and website content
support our regional teams with templates, toolkits and guidance
About you
You’ll have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a marketing, content or communications role, and you’re ready to take on more.
You’ll bring:
strong content skills - writing, design and social media - with a good eye for brand and story
experience producing content across digital and print
confidence with tools like Canva, Adobe, and EDM and CMS platforms
experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and a willingness to learn new platforms
great organisation - you can juggle several projects and still hit deadlines
a collaborative, team-first approach
Bonus points if you have:
experience with Awardsforce or Raisely
video production or editing skills
some PR or media experience
an interest in youth development or the not-for-profit sector
Why join us

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our National Office in Auckland.
