Your impact
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis expertise.
- Experience gathering requirements and performing detailed gap analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both operational and project teams.
- Experience supporting testing, business readiness, and change activities.
- A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and improve existing ways of working.
- Experience working within a Production-led environment
Who is this role for?
We are looking for candidates with
- Experience with ERP systems such as Unit 4, IFS, Epicor, Dynamics 365, QAD, Sage X3, or equivalent systems.
- Understanding of ERP best-practice frameworks and process standardisation approaches.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation programmes.
- Experience in diverse environments that's not 100% office based
