NavTech Inc seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for GMD communications infrastructure: requirements and design for sustainment and modernization projects, preliminary/final design reviews, Engineering and Architecture Board participation, technical data packages, interface control documents, and DoDAF-compliant system drawings across MDIOC, Fort Drum, and Western Range systems.

Requirements: 8+ years systems engineering on DoD communications/IT infrastructure; design-review and TDP/ICD production experience; familiarity with MDA or Space Force engineering governance. INCOSE/DAU credentials a plus.
