Vessel operation (40%)

• Attend to vessel arriving Singapore Psa terminal for cargo operation , arrival & departure clearances
• Preference will be for those who have the knowledge of ICA and Digiport formalities

Logistic Operations (30%)

• Assist Transhipment /local equipment management including terminal declarations and movement updates

Operational Excellence and Data Analytics (20%)

• Facilitate operational projects to improve efficiency and service quality
• Use digital tools for tracking, reporting, and process automation
• Analyse data to optimize workflows and support strategic decision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech-driven initiatives
• Manage logistic monthly reports and daily stock updates

Transshipment (10%) 

• Oversee transshipment planning and execution

Core Competencies

Strong analytical skills for equipment forecasting, meticulous attention to detail for documentation and the ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Job experience required in shipping and container shipping operations
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to handle tight transshipment deadline
• Minimum education entry level GCE ‘N’ & ‘0’ Levels
• Computer literacy in Excel / Microsoft software/ tech savvy
• Good communication skill and proactive
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
