The Role
As a senior you will be doing a mixture of compliance and processing but also working with clients in the advisor space to make sure that they are able to take the best path to success.
- Business Advisory Services including tax, management reporting, analysis of financials.
- Working with clients to understand challenges and offer recommendations on improvements to business processes
- Budgeting and forecasting: Engaging in the development of budgets and projections for clients.
- Assisting staff members as needed, with the potential for advancement to a management position within the firm.
- Review and finalisation accountants’ work.

Skills and Experience
- CA qualification (or equivalent) with at least 4 years' experience
- Strong technical knowledge of NZ tax and compliance
- Proficiency in Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Microsoft Office, and an openness to learning new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative, professional attitude with leadership qualities
