Plumbing Service Technician — Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of Delaware & Marysville

Do you sell and install over $1 million a year in residential plumbing work? If so, you should be paid like it. Our top techs earn $150,000 to $220,000 a year.

At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, "The Punctual Plumber," we respect our customers’ time, money and property. We are looking for service technicians who can fix it right, explain the options clearly and earn the customer’s trust at the kitchen table.

What You Will Do
  • Run residential service calls in Delaware, Marysville, Sunbury, Powell and nearby.
  • Diagnose the problem, give the homeowner clear options using our StraightForward Pricing®, and do the work.
  • Water heaters (tank and tankless), softeners and filtration, drains and sewers, leak detection, fixtures, re-pipes and gas piping.
  • Offer our membership on every call.
  • Work from a fully stocked "Warehouse on Wheels" truck so most jobs are done on the first visit.
What We Are Looking For
  • $1M+ in annual sales as a service plumber, or a proven path to it.
  • 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
  • Strong communication. You build trust and present options honestly.
  • Coachable and ready to run a proven system.
  • Clean-cut, drug-free and on time.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay
  • Commission on what you sell and install, or hourly pay, whichever is greater.
  • Top techs earn $150,000 to $220,000 a year.
