Just Water is looking for a reliable, customer-focused DrinkSafe Service Consultant (Service Technician) to service customers throughout the Rodney region, covering the area from Silverdale to Maungaturoto.
About the Role
As a DrinkSafe Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining our water coolers, carrying out planned maintenance visits, responding to customer requests, and building strong relationships with customers across your area.
This is an independent role where you'll manage your own workload and schedule while being supported by our wider service team.
Part-time - 1 day per week (approximately 8 hours)
Flexible scheduling
Rodney-based territory covering Silverdale to Maungaturoto
Mileage reimbursed for business travel
Full training provided
Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain water coolers
Complete planned maintenance visits
Diagnose and resolve basic equipment issues on-site
Deliver excellent customer service
Manage your daily run and prioritise jobs
Complete service records and basic administration
Build strong relationships with customers
What We're Looking For
Full, clean driver's licence
Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Practical, hands-on mindset
Reliable and organised
Comfortable using mobile devices and completing basic administration
Previous experience in servicing, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, delivery, or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.
