What We Offer:
Full orientation and training on our cleaning standards and checklist system, so you can work independently from day one
Core cleaning equipment provided
Work your way: solo, with a partner, or as a family team. Many hands make light work, and you’re paid per property completed to standard
Choose your own days: as a contractor, you set your schedule (availability on at least one weekend day preferred)
Daytime hours: cleans are completed within the 10am – 3pm guest turnover window
Competitive per-property pay: $30 to $100+ depending on property size
Public holiday bonus for every property cleaned on a public holiday
Recognition awards for top-performing contractors
Responsibilities:
Complete cleans within scheduled timeframes to support same day guest turnovers
Clean and prepare properties to a consistently high, guest-ready standard
Change and make bed with fresh linen
Restock guest amenities and household supplies
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas thoroughly
Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise all surfaces
Check properties for damage, maintenance issues, or missing items and report them promptly
Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
Present each property neatly and consistently according to company standards
Lock and secure properties after each clean
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience with Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning requirements is essential
A reliable vehicle for travelling between properties and transporting linen and cleaning supplies
Clean NZ driver's license
A reliable smartphone with a high-quality camera is essential
A keen eye for detail and commitment to consistently delivering exceptional, guest-ready standards
A dependable and reliable work ethic with strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual, with an understanding the timely cleaning is essential to ensuring seamless guest turnovers between stays
