Team Leader – SSIA Level 4

We are looking for a confident and proactive Team Leader to oversee day-to-day security operations, support the security team and maintain strong working relationships with centre management.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the site operates safely, professionally and in line with Securecorp's standards and client expectations.

Casual Security Officers

We are also seeking reliable and customer-focused Casual Security Officers to support our retail security operations. This is a great opportunity for those looking for flexible shifts, additional income or the opportunity to gain experience in retail security.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Depending on the position, your responsibilities will include:

Team Leader – SSIA Level 4

Lead, support and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the security team.
Ensure officers are meeting site procedures, operational requirements and client expectations.
Maintain a visible security presence and lead by example.
Assist with incident management, escalations and emergency responses.
Liaise with centre management, Securecorp management and other key stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, presentation, attendance and compliance.
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation and handovers are completed.

Casual Security Officers

Conduct internal and external patrols throughout the shopping centre.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to shoppers and retailers.
Monitor CCTV and maintain a visible security presence.
Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies.
Assist with access control and enforcement of site procedures.
Complete accurate incident reports and daily documentation.

What We're Looking For

A current NSW Security Licence.
Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
