Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to drive the technical delivery of complex architectural projects. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with advanced Revit skills, a thorough understanding of construction documentation, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining design integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Education: National Diploma or BTech in Architectural Technology
• Advanced Revit proficiency; shortlisted candidates will complete an assessment.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, technical detailing, building systems, and construction methodologies.
• Experience with regulatory approvals and complex project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical coordination tools.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Advantageous Experience

• Façade design and detailing.
• Green Star or other sustainability certification processes.
• Additional 3D modelling capabilities.
