Job Summary
In this role, you will help package bulk materials, palletize products, and support general plant cleanup as needed. Work may take place outdoors throughout the year, including in hot weather conditions. You will handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, stacking, and organizing materials safely and efficiently. A strong fit is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable with repetitive work, and ready to be active throughout the day. No previous experience is required, making this a good opportunity for candidates who are ready to learn and work hard.

Compensation: $14 per hour
Job Site Location: South Houston, Texas
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Spanish required; English a plus
Ability to work outdoors year-round, especially in hot weather
No previous experience required
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Ability to work Monday to Friday with some weekends and occasional early arrivals or late stays
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday
Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
