What you will be doing:

We are looking for welders (no qualifications needed if you can show practical experience) and trailer repairers, with a full-time role available for the right person. 

Qualifications & experience

  • Mig welding experience on all thicknesses of steel including sheet metal.

  • Current forklift licence.

  • Mechanical experience of trailer components, inc bearings, suspension, mechanical and hydraulic braking systems is an advantage.

  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, hard-working, and mechanically minded with a can-do attitude.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job properly and can work independently.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Experience working with trailers, caravans, automotive or heavy equipment

  • Knowledge of trailer wiring, wheel bearings, mechanical and hydraulic braking systems (highly regarded)

  • Trade experience

  • Ability to work independently and manage your daily tasks

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
