Willingness to adapt and change as the technology and business landscape evolve.
Solid expertise in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business, user, and system requirements.
Hands-on experience working with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ability to negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders.
Familiarity with software development life cycles and close collaboration with development teams.
Excellent English and strong communication skills.
