Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Security Service Technician to join our professional installation and service team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for servicing and commissioning advanced electronic security systems across medium to large commercial sites. Our projects involve sophisticated security solutions and the integration of multiple systems, providing a varied and technically rewarding role.
Our core business is security system installation and integration, so we are looking for someone with substantial hands-on experience and a strong working knowledge of the security industry.
Essential Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with Concept security systems. This is essential.
Strong practical experience with Integriti and Tecom Challenger security systems.
Proven experience in security system installation, servicing, fault-finding and maintenance.
Experience with CCTV, access control, alarm systems and intercoms.
The ability to diagnose technical issues, work independently and deliver reliable solutions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A professional attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine can-do approach.
The ability to work effectively with commercial clients and government customers.
