Assistance Hatchery Manager with at least 4 years experience in Similar Environment.
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of hatchery operations.
Good attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and take corrective action.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Understanding of poultry physiology and embryology.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hatchery equipment and maintenance requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and manage operational priorities.

Experience with hatchery management and production systems, including:
Chick Master
Petersime
PasReform
Avihance
Grade 12 / Matric.
A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar management role within a hatchery environment.
