Product Systems & Data Specialist 

Reporting: Head of P&G Governance, Projects & Systems 

Location:   Kingsgrove / Macq Park / Altona 

Allied Pinnacle is a leading milling, manufacturing and distributor of flour-based food products including bakery products, flour premixes and food ingredients supplied to our retail, foodservice and commercial customers. Our heritage encompasses more than 100 years of flour milling and food ingredient expertise.

Key accountabilities include:

• Lead and maintain system integrity across Optiva, D365 ERP, BOM, and Silo platforms. 

• Design, implement, and improve workflows for product data creation, approval, and integration. 

• Approve product recipes, data entries, and Optiva statuses in line with governance standards. 

• Support, guide and quality-check work completed by the Product Information Specialist. 

• Build system and data capability across the P&G function through coaching and structured upskilling. 

• Maintain training resources and facilitate onboarding and development for new team members. 

• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between key systems (e.g. Optiva, ERP, Silo). 

• Drive process automation, simplification, and standardisation to support efficiency and accuracy. 

• Monitor system performance and champion enhancements to drive user satisfaction and governance.
