About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, customer experience, clinic operations and commercial performance. You will be visible and involved in the day-to-day clinic environment while also taking ownership of the bigger picture: developing the team, driving performance, maintaining high standards and identifying opportunities to strengthen the business. The way the role is structured may vary depending on the successful candidate's experience and strengths. You may come from a skin or beauty therapy background and continue treating clients, or you may have a strong reception, retail, hospitality, customer service or operational management background and contribute more directly to front-of-house and client experience. What matters most is that you are comfortable being both a manager and an active part of the clinic team.

- Supporting retail and treatment sales performance
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic

- Experience leading, managing or supervising a team
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence coaching people and managing performance
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of business targets and KPIs
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
