If you are simply looking for a job, this probably isn't the role for you. There are places where you may be able to make more money, encounter fewer challenges, or clock out at the end of the day without giving work another thought. We understand that, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting that. But that isn't what we're offering.
At BrightStar Care, we're looking for someone who wants their work to mean something.
We are a close-knit team, and we care deeply about the people we serve and the people we work alongside. We are looking for a Clinical Manager who will care about our clients, their families, and their colleagues with the same sense of responsibility, compassion, and commitment they would want shown to someone they love.
This role can be challenging. Home care can be unpredictable. People will need you. Problems will occasionally follow you home in your head. But the relationships you build, the people you help, and the difference you make are real.
If you're looking for meaningful connections, a team that genuinely cares about one another, and the chance to finish a day knowing that what you did mattered, keep reading. You may have just found your people.
Lead with Excellence. Make a Difference in Every Home.
BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations, develop and support our nursing and caregiving teams, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered home care.

You'll oversee clinical services, guide and develop healthcare professionals, coordinate patient care, and help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards while protecting what matters most: the quality of care our clients receive.
If clinical excellence matters to you, you enjoy developing people, and you want your leadership to have a direct impact on patients and families, we'd love to meet you.

Our values aren't words hanging on a wall. We look for people who:
- Are open and positive
- Serve with passion
- Do the right thing
- Do what they say
- Make it great
We want a leader who holds high standards while still having a heart for people. Someone who will address a problem rather than walk past it, support a struggling team member without lowering expectations, and never forget that behind every schedule, chart, and Plan of Care is a human being trusting us to take care of someone they love.
