We're looking for an awesome Customer Ambassador / Car Groomer (dual role) to join our team at our Auckland City branch on Beach Road, just minutes from the CBD! This is a fixed-term role, starting as soon as possible and finishing 5 April 2027.
In this dual role, you'll split your time between serving customers and keeping our fleet looking its best. As one of the first people visitors meet in Auckland, you'll help create great experiences by providing local recommendations and handing over spotless vehicles ready for adventure.
What will your main duties be in a Dual Role?
Serving customers and completing rental paperwork
Inspecting vehicles before and after rental
Cleaning and grooming vehicles to GO Rentals' high standards

What you will need:
Flexibility to work weekend days (as part of your 5-day week)
1-2 years' customer service experience (in a similar industry would be advantageous)
Experience in car grooming, cleaning, or vehicle presentation
A restricted or full driver's licence (if on a restricted licence, the ability to sit your full licence within 3-6 months)
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
