We work closely with our clients, who we call Strivers, to improve their workflows, develop their teams, grow their practices and achieve their goals. From consulting and team training to recruitment and business development, our work is varied, people-focused and rewarding.
We're looking for a confident, organised and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Practice Consultant & Recruitment Coordinator.
This isn't a role where you'll sit back and wait for instructions. You'll build relationships, facilitate conversations, guide people through challenges and take ownership of your responsibilities. You'll need the confidence to show up professionally on Zoom, the initiative to work independently from home, and the ability to bring people together across different personalities and time zones.
Previous orthodontic experience is highly desirable, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right combination of people skills, commercial thinking, initiative and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Hours & Location
This is a full time (38 hours a week) work-from-home role, with our team and Strivers based across Australia and New Zealand. Flexibility is essential, as you'll need to connect with clients and candidates across multiple time zones and occasionally accommodate meetings outside standard business hours.
Monday: 9am–5pm
Tuesday: 11am–7pm
Wednesday: 9am–5.30pm
Thursday: 11am–7pm
Friday: 9am–5pm
You'll need a suitable home working environment, reliable internet and the ability to stay connected and communicate proactively with Strivers and our team. A Mac laptop and iPhone will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
Practice Consulting
Build relationships with orthodontic practice owners, managers and their teams.
Meet with clients via Zoom to provide support, training and practical guidance.
Help practices improve their workflows, patient experience and team performance.
Contribute to educational resources, workshops and consulting projects.
Recruitment
You'll take ownership of the recruitment process, helping our Strivers find the right people for their teams.
Write engaging job ads that attract the right candidates.
Manage applications, screening and interviews via Zoom.
Get to know each practice, its team dynamics and what makes someone the right fit.
Confidently present candidate recommendations to our clients, explaining why you believe they're suited to the role.
Keep candidates and clients informed throughout the process, creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

Digital Marketing
You'll work alongside our digital marketing team to help our Strivers strengthen their online presence and improve their digital workflows.
Assist with SEO, social media and digital marketing activities.
Contribute ideas to improve our clients' online visibility and patient engagement.
Support implementation of digital workflows, systems and processes that help practices run more efficiently.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Organised and reliable: You manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments and pay attention to the details.
A natural relationship builder: You connect with different personalities and know how to build trust with clients and candidates.
Solutions-focused: You look for ways to improve processes, solve problems and help others succeed.
A team player: You communicate openly, welcome feedback and enjoy contributing to a supportive team.
Savvy with technology You need to be confident across, Google Sheets, Canva, Zoom, Slack, online project management tools Gmail and Mac computers.
Previous orthodontic experience is highly desirable, particularly in practice management, treatment coordination or team leadership. Recruitment, consulting or training experience would also be valuable.
You'll need strong communication skills, confidence with technology and the ability to adapt to new systems.
