Working from engineering drawings: Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to ensure components are accurately measured and manufactured to the required standards.
Taking pride in quality: Checking your work throughout the fabrication process and ensuring completed welds and assemblies meet our quality standards.
Problem-solving: Identifying fabrication and fitment issues, making adjustments and carrying out rework where needed to get the job done right.
Using workshop equipment: Operating fabrication tools, machinery and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Working as a team: Collaborating with other engineers and designers to keep jobs moving and production running smoothly.
Keeping things organised: Maintaining accurate job records, communicating any issues and keeping your work area safe and tidy.
