The Role: Structural Administration Assistant

We are looking for a person to fill the administration role for our structural team for 4 months. The administration assistant's main role is to support the Structural team to run smoothly and daily tasks are carried out efficiently and seamlessly. 

In the role you will be responsible for a wider range of duties including: 

  • Coordinating with the Structural team and team leader on various projects.

  • Setting up new jobs.

  • Liaising with clients and Architects to gather the required information needed for a job.

  • Preparing PS1's for CPEng.

  • Issuing final documentation to clients and architects.


Required Skills

  • Candidates should have a great work ethic

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive Etc)

  • Local knowledge of the Waikato.

  • Demonstrated team player, and problem solving ability. 

  • Some knowledge of Structural engineering or architectural background would be a plus.
