About the Role:

Whangarei-based pest control business looking for a reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team.

This role is a permanent position. Our preference is for the successful applicant to start immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspecting properties and identifying pests (insects, rodents, etc.).

• Applying pest control treatments safely. Checking and replenishing traps.

• Advising our customers on pest prevention and reporting findings.

• Working in varied environments, from residential homes to commercial spaces across Whangarei and wider Northland.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: We are happy to take on a fully qualified technician or an enthusiastic beginner! If you are inexperienced, you will work under the supervision of our qualified staff, and we will support your training.

• Requirements: You must have a full, clean Class 1 driver's licence and the legal right to work in NZ.

• Physical capability: The job involves spending long periods on your feet, carrying equipment, and occasionally working in confined spaces or at heights.

• Skills: You need to be reliable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, a great communicator, and be able to work within our team culture.
