About the Role
Peak Manufacturing is seeking a motivated, organised and proactive Client & Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with clients, supporting sales activities and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Working closely with the sales team and other areas of the business, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries, coordinating sales administration, maintaining accurate records and providing essential office support. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and helping our business operate efficiently.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, office administration or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly approach to clients.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused attitude.
Confidence following up enquiries, quotes and outstanding tasks.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, production or a related industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
