About the role

Mata Gas is a family-owned business with five branches around New Zealand. We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member at our main office in Mount Maunganui. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work independently and is a team player who works well under pressure. Friendly customer service manner is crucial.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service through phone and email
• Attend to routine enquiries
• Place orders from customers via email and phone
• Maintain database records and ensure client records are kept securely
• Data entry into Vertrax/Xero
• Other general office duties

About you

• Customer Service experience is a must
• Knowledge/experience with office duties is a bonus but not essential
