Production Manager
Location (Hybrid, permanent/full-time): Hefei
What are your main tasks you can expect?
- 1.Develop and implement production plans, coordinate production processes, and ensure that production tasks are completed on time.
- 2.Be responsible for preparing and executing production budgets, and effectively manage the use of labor, materials, and equipment resources.
- 3 Establish and optimize production processes, quality control systems, and cost control mechanisms.
- 4.Be responsible for building, training, evaluating, and motivating the production team, as well as handling personnel-related matters.
- 5.Oversee the production process, promptly identify and resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- 6.Organize and participate in production-related meetings (such as GPQ meetings) to drive problem resolution and prevention.
- 7.Ensure that production activities comply with safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements, and implement relevant company policies.
- 8.Prepare and maintain production reports, personnel records, and related documentation.
- 9.Promote lean manufacturing, reduce production cycles, and improve energy efficiency.
What qualifications do you bring with you?
- 1. Possess knowledge and experience in production management within manufacturing companies.
- 2. Possess strong planning, organizational, coordination, and leadership skills;
- 3. Excellent communication, motivation, and team management skills;
- 4. Proficiency in English;
- 5. Ability to solve complex problems, with strong logical analysis and judgment skills;
- 6. Ability to prepare budgets and control costs;
- 7. Proficiency in professional knowledge such as Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and quality tools.
- 8. Possess an awareness of workplace safety, environmental protection, and energy conservation, and be familiar with relevant regulations.
