An exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic Auckland wholesale business operating in a fast-paced, highly commercial environment based in Highbrook - East Tamaki.

This is no ordinary Branch Manager role. You'll take ownership of sales performance, profitability, customer and supplier relationships, and the day-to-day operation of a busy distribution facility.

You'll lead a diverse team, make smart commercial decisions, manage fluctuating supply and demand, and ensure the business delivers exceptional service while protecting margins.

We're looking for a commercially astute, hands-on leader who thrives on variety, enjoys being close to the action and knows how to get the best out of people.

Experience in fresh produce, seafood, FMCG, foodservice or other perishable product environments would be particularly valuable.
