A fresh opportunity to be part of something from the beginning.

Ray White Katikati is a new real estate business with big plans for the future. We're looking for an organised, positive and digitally confident person to join our team and be part of building something special in Katikati.

This is a varied role combining administration, property campaign coordination, marketing and social media. No two days will be exactly the same, and as our business grows, there will be plenty of opportunity for you to learn, develop and grow with us.

What you'll be doing

  • General office and sales administration

  • Coordinating new listings and property marketing campaigns

  • Booking photography, signage, print and digital advertising

  • Preparing documents, property information and marketing material

  • Creating and adapting material in Canva

  • Helping create and schedule Facebook and Instagram content

  • Liaising with clients and suppliers

  • Keeping campaigns, tasks and deadlines on track

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administration

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and enjoys getting things done

  • Happy doing both administration and creative work

  • Confident with technology and keen to learn

  • Comfortable using Canva and social media

  • Friendly, positive and a good communicator

  • Accurate and attentive to detail

  • Proactive and willing to pitch in where needed

Real estate experience isn't essential. Attitude, initiative and willingness to learn are more important.

Why join us?

This is a chance to join a new business at the beginning, rather than simply step into an existing position.

You'll be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution will matter. We want to create a great work culture where people enjoy coming to work, share ideas, learn new skills and celebrate success together.

As Ray White Katikati grows, we want this role to grow too, creating opportunities for greater responsibility and career development.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm – 25 paid hours per week, with some flexibility for the right person.

Pay: 30–35 per hour depending on experience and capability.

If you're looking for more than just another admin job and like the idea of helping build something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

Send us your CV and a short introduction telling us a little about yourself and why this opportunity appeals to you. Applications close 5 November 2026
