Director of Nursing (RN) – Surgical Services

Location: Wilson, NC 27893
Pay: $50-$67 per hour

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) – Surgical Services to oversee surgical nursing operations in Wilson, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have extensive Operating Room experience and a strong background in nursing leadership or management. This role is responsible for supporting clinical staff, maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting operational excellence within Surgical Services.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Minimum of 5 years of Operating Room (OR) experience.
Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience.
Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN License or Compact RN License.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of surgical services and Operating Room operations.
Supervise, develop, and support nursing staff to promote quality patient care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and patient safety standards.
Monitor departmental performance and implement quality improvement initiatives
