Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Leading and managing finance teams
- Preparing and presenting management reports and financial insights
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Managing audits, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
- Overseeing tax and regulatory obligations
- Supporting group reporting and annual financial statements
- Developing financial models and analysing business performance
- Improving financial controls, systems, and reporting processes
- Partnering with executives on strategic initiatives and growth plans
- Delivering commercial insights to support decision-making
Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience within a finance environment
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Experience in complex or multi-entity businesses
- Advanced financial reporting, forecasting, and modelling skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- A hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
Qualification:
- CA(SA) qualification
