About ProCare
ProCare is New Zealand's largest and most diverse network of healthcare professionals, with a local and personal approach to delivering world-leading health services. Our network includes more than 140 practices across the wider Auckland region and has more than 680,000 enrolled patients, within which is the largest Māori enrolled population in Auckland and the largest Pacific and Asian enrolled populations in the country.

We play an integral role in shaping NZ's overall health landscape and pride ourselves on being a progressive and innovative provider of crucial services that enable our general practice teams to thrive.

About the opportunity
We’re excited to be recruiting for this unique and newly created role that connects practice intelligence, reporting, and cross-functional planning. As our Practice Planning and Insights Lead, you’ll create a clear view of practice-facing activity, turn insight into action, and support better prioritisation and decision-making.

This is a central co-ordination role where you’ll develop practice intelligence and network insights across engagement, sentiment, service utilisation, retention indicators, risks and opportunities. You’ll help to shape practical dashboards, reporting frameworks and performance measures, improve CRM data quality, and translate information into clear priorities and action.

You’ll play a key role in driving positive outcomes and helping to achieve shared goals, working closely with leaders and delivery teams across ProCare, general practices, Health New Zealand and community partners. Beyond the core responsibilities of the role, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to a range of value-add projects across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to influence how ProCare listens to, engages with, and supports our practice network, helping to strengthen partnerships, improve retention, and drive growth.

  • A sound understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, health equity, cultural safety and culturally responsive practice
  • A flexible, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
