About the role

To ensure that Advance International customers both internal and external receive service beyond their expectation thereby ensuring Advance International retention of a strong position in the market place.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing goods

• Dispatching goods

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Process inwards goods and put in locations in a timely manner

• Inter-branch transfer of stock as required

• Receipt stock into warehouse

• Order stock from Auckland (weekly and monthly)

• Assist with incoming customer inquiries relating to product range

• Assist with incoming calls and phone orders

• Perform monthly stocktakes

About you

• Fully trained and familiar with company products

• Able to fulfil customer services role as required

• Responsible for overseeing location and storage of all stock in the branch

• Responsible for establishment and review of minimum stock levels

• Handle parts and stock queries raised by sales and service personnel

• Follow company procedures and systems regarding control, ordering and dispatch of stock

• Manage cash sales and reconcile the same
