About the role
You'll be a key part of our production team, working alongside the Production Supervisor to keep our bottling operation running safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on, floor-based role with variety across bottling, labelling, stock control and general production support. When the Production Supervisor is away, you will step up and take the lead.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Production Supervisor with run changes, quality control and pre-operation set-ups
- Step into the supervisory role when the Production Supervisor is absent
- Support day-to-day functions across the bottling and production line
- Print and prepare labels for specific markets
- Complete record keeping and stock control
- Help identify and resolve production issues to keep things moving
- Assist with warehouse duties as required
- Contribute to a safe, efficient and positive workplace
About you
- Physically fit, hands-on and reliable
- A team player who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
- Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Mechanically minded is an advantage but not essential
- Previous bottling, production or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
