We are currently hiring full-time Production Associates for our facility in Newark, CA which is open Monday - Friday. We offer a close knit team that doesn’t take itself too seriously, real hands on work with equipment you won't find anywhere else, and a supportive and fun work environment.

What you'll do:

• Run our production lines and hit our output, quality, and yield targets

• Handle materials, support equipment, and pitch in wherever the line needs you

• Pull and stage materials for each work order

• Spot equipment problems, fix what you can, and flag the rest to engineering

• Track parts usage and keep stock counts accurate

• Help train new teammates on the equipment as we grow

• Pack and ship finished product

• Keep safety front and center, always

• Keep your workstation clean and organized

What you bring:

• A bias towards action: you have the ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, perform repetitive tasks, lift items up to 50 lbs. using appropriate safety techniques and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done

• An eye for detail: you know that the little things, be it cleanliness or an extra touch can make all the difference

• The desire to problem solve: you like finding problems and fixing them

• A positive attitude: you are an optimist who enjoys having fun while you work

• Dependable: you do what you say you’re going to do, and show up when needed
