Business Systems Lead- REMOTE with monthly on-site visits
About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Systems Lead to own our enterprise systems, with Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic) at the center. This role requires a strong understanding of how the business operates, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and the processes in between, along with the data skills to turn information into decisions leadership can act on.
This is a remote position with regular on-site visits to our Trumbauersville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania headquarters. Training would be onsite for the first three weeks. Then on-site one week per month.

What You’ll Do
Own the ERP System
Serve as the functional lead for Epicor ERP across departments
Troubleshoot issues and support upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
Support End Users
Train users and provide hands-on support
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
Bridge Business and Systems
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to keep systems aligned with operations
Standardize processes and recommend system-based improvements
Turn Data Into Decisions
Build reports and dashboards in Epicor and related tools
Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze data and develop KPIs
Contribute to Help Desk Support
Provide Tier 1 support as part of the IT team’s shared coverage
What You Bring
Required
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a business systems role
Hands-on experience with Epicor 10/Kinetic
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across functions in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL and/or Power BI
Good to Know
Occasional after-hours support is required
Work is remote but must be onsite for up to one week per month. Company covers travel and lodging costs.
