About the role
You are responsible for developing and leading the guest experience within Conferencing, Bar & Restaurant. This is a senior role as Head of Department, demonstrating passion and strong knowledge of Food & Beverage to the team and empowering staff to animate the Food & Beverage experience.

Demonstrate passion and strong knowledge of Food & Beverage to the team
Empower staff to animate the Food & Beverage experience
Manage and exceed Food & Beverage financial performance targets
About you
Excellent communication skills with staff, suppliers and guests
GM licence and LCQ
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage management role
Eligibility to work in New Zealand
Strong customer focus
Supportive and hands-on management style
Strong understanding of all Sale and supply of liquor guidelines
Knowledge of Micros software is preferred
