I have two separate roles for Level 2/3 Infrastructure Support Engineers in the Brisbane (or sunny coast) and Brisbane (or Gold Coast) regions.

One role (the Brisbane one), requires the person to have prior managed services support experience. So you need to have had some prior experience working for a managed services provider supporting clients across various sites with some on-site support as required.. Technology is a combination of the usual M365 stack with some networking and cyber products (Intune/Fortinet, Azure etc). This is a hands on, fast pace work support environment, so communication skill need to be great and work is hybrid - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days wfh.

The second role is well south of Brisbane and West of the Gold Coast, so candidates living in those locations could drive to the office to meet initial full time in the office, eventual hybrid expectations. This is supporting an enterprise organisation across desktop, networks, servers, cyber and some applications support. Technology again is M365, Azure, Fortinet, Windows 11 with Wifi/Microwave tech as well.. They use vendors for some support, you will provide the rest.

Roles will require 3-8 years experience at least, so neither role is for someone with minimal experience.. if that is you, don't apply..
