 A historic luxury hotel in Chattanooga, TN is looking for a Director of Sales to add to their team! 
 
Requirements; 
 

• Minimum of 5 years of hospitality sales leadership experience required. Experience with independent and convention hotels strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing group, convention, corporate, and leisure transient market segments.
• Working knowledge of Delphi, property management systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across group, corporate negotiated, and catering segments to maximize hotel performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to establish pricing strategies and optimize group business.
• Drive business development through targeted prospecting, networking, and strategic industry partnerships.
• Lead and oversee the daily operations and performance of the Sales and Catering department.
