Are you a natural leader with a passion for senior care? Azura of Verona is looking for a motivated and compassionate Memory Care Director to help lead our team and create an exceptional experience for our residents.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner with the Executive Director to lead daily community operations

Coach, develop, and motivate team members while building a positive team culture

Support staffing, scheduling, and employee engagement

Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members

Help drive quality improvement, resident satisfaction, and overall community success

Lead by example and create an environment where residents feel valued and at home

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or memory care

Previous leadership or management experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

A passion for serving older adults and supporting those living with dementia

A hands-on leader who builds relationships, inspires others, and leads with compassion
