You will coordinate multidisciplinary building services design from early contractor involvement through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring designs are compliant, cost-effective and constructable.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary building services design from early contractor involvement through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring designs are compliant, cost-effective and constructable.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection and controls design
- Review designs for technical compliance, constructability, maintainability and cost efficiency
- Manage design programmes, RFIs, design issues and 3D model coordination
- Identify value engineering opportunities and support procurement activities
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and support site delivery
- Assist with commissioning, integrated systems testing and project handover
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum five years experience in building services design, coordination or commissioning
- Experience in data centres, hospitals, defence or complex commercial projects
- Strong understanding of design and construct (D&C) project delivery
- Excellent technical, communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to complex, high-profile mission-critical projects
