Domestic Insurance Broker

We’re now looking for an experienced Domestic Broker to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for a broker who enjoys working closely with clients, building long-term relationships and delivering advice they can rely on.

The role

You’ll manage a portfolio of Domestic clients, with responsibility across:

• Client Quotes and renewals

• Negotiating terms and coverage with insurers

• Claims management and client support

• New business and policy transactions

• Policy schedules and client presentations

• Building strong, lasting client relationships

Our relationships with insurers, together with our association with Steadfast, give us strong negotiating leverage and access to a broad range of insurance solutions for our clients.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and getting the detail right.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in General Insurance Broking

• NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (General Insurance) or equivalent

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisation and time management

• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail

• A genuine commitment to doing the best for your clients
